A Way To Achieve Standing to Challenge Obama

Greetings Patriots!
I sent this proposal to Leo Donofrio and JbJd recently about a back door gambit to sue the Democratic Committe Chair of Hawaii for their actions in the Nomination of Barack Obama for President on the Hawaiian Ballot. There are some states that place the burden of "vetting" a POTUS candidate on that particular state's Democratic or Republican Committee. Basically, they are, by putting a POTUS candidate on the Ballot in that state, validating that the Candidate is "Constitutionally Qualified" to hold the office. So they are committing a fraud upon the Hawaiian Election Commission if the candidate is not qualified Constitutionally.

STATUTE
If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy,each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the objectof the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for suchconspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided forsuch misdemeanor.
